Our quality is being constantly developed further, which is why AUTEX also offers seminars and workshops. We will come to you and train your staff in sales and the workshop – our courses cover important topics such as water pumps, but we also teach other things to do with spare parts and repairs.
Training content 2019
Staff training on engine cooling:
Target group:
Counter and telephone sales staff, field service, complaints handlers
Topics:
- Who is GK, who is AUTEX, who supplies what?
- Why GK? Arguments concerning the brand, quality, logistics and price discussion
- What do water pumps do? Technology, belt drives, technical details, water pump kits
- Complaints Causes, handling, processing, verification reports
Duration:
60 to 70 minutes Double session, e.g. morning – afternoon – in a row –, possible.

Workshop engine cooling training:
Target group:
Owners, mechanics, fitters, apprentices
Topics:
- Who is AUTEX, who is GK?
- Why GK? Technical and commercial arguments, quality concept
- Water pump technology Tips and instructions, prevention of malfunctions, reasons for failure
- Complaints Processing, test reports, acknowledgement
Duration:
Around one and a half to two hours.
Upon request, in consultation with Glysantin BASF training (plus approx. 1 hour)

Product knowledge, safe use, supply range, allocation, competitors
This course is designed to take place in the form of evening sessions, potentially with catering. Field service staff are encouraged to attend!
