AUTEX at Automechanika in Mexico City.

After successfully taking part at the trade fair in Dubai in 2015, this year we also wanted to have our own stand in Mexico City. INA PAACE Automechanika is the leading trade show in Central America for “automotive aftermarkets and services”, developed in cooperation with Messe Frankfurt. Here, national and international manufacturers meet to exchange information about thousands of products, services, training courses, business models and much more.

We were well represented with our appearance in the German Pavilion, and alongside other renowned manufacturers we got an insight into new trends and technologies, held talks with partners and cast another interesting glance outside the box. 

“We are coming back with the realisation that there is a small but lucrative market in Mexico for our high-quality products. The metal impellers on our German-made water pumps enjoyed considerable attention”, said Torsten Melin Filz when describing the impression this trade show in Mexico left on him: “We would also like to keep an eye on developments in the market, in order to be ‘more than just a replacement’.”
